I have been stalking this beautiful biopunk(?) group for a while. I didn't intend to join another rp group but... So cool...
Is he the first weasel?

Height: 175 cm (around 5'9" feet) both in human and symbiote state.
 Personality: 
    Stoic and kind of rude, but not overconfident. He doesn't really care about having manners and has a brutal honesty. Can keep calm very easily and even though he can be pretty bold, usually doesn't act by impulse. Kind of rebellious and doesn't like taking orders, however, he respects the ones he looks up to and doesn't hesitate standing for his comrades. Tends to ruminate and is prone to existential thoughts. Hates being nagged, but secretly appreciates it when someone shows they care about him. Is not superstitious, but considering that weasels are said to be bad omens, likes to believe his parasite brings bad luck, but just to his enemies. Acts surprisingly kind and protective around children and wishes not to see them lose their parents at a young age, like happened to himself. Emmett's goal is to live in peace with himself and in a simple way.
Character development:
    He will avoid leaving the base by himself and count more on teamwork after almost getting killed by Claude and Natalie and succeeding on sabotaging the main tech center along with a squad, one of his greatest achievements so far. Prefers teammates with skills similar to his.
    He will show a particularly high curiosity toward Harmony members with high numbers of completed missions or famous for accomplishing something big.
 Backstory: 
    Emmett came from a poor family and spent his childhood in the streets, in the Lower Grounds. He has apparently never met his father and his mother died from illness when he was 6. After that, he lived from stealing. 
    One day, when he was 12, he tried stealing from a violent man, who had decided to catch him and beat him to death. Emmett ran away, but got injured in the process. Finding himself lost, harmed and hungry in the woods after the man gave up on finding him, he started thinking about how risky that life was and feared returning, but also staying alone there. Looking around with tears in his eyes, he spotted a worm-like, fuzzy creature. He had heard about parasites and recognized what it was. Knowing about how they affected a human body, the boy caught it with his bare hands and introduced it into a wound he got while escaping, hoping it would make him stronger. Acquiring an exceptional sense of smell, Emmett was able to find the way back to town once he was able to control the parasite and get from the parasitic to the symbiote state. The parasite also made him pretty agile, what made him an even more skilled thief. 
    Remained a stray for a while. Having the parasite made him feel more secure, but he wasn't satisfied stealing and hiding. Almost one year after the infection, Emmett met a group of older stray infected (Luke, Naomi and Natalie) who lived poorly like him, but had come from families in not so bad financial conditions and ran away for their sake. Those strays were studious people who always reflected about life and looked for their place in the world, spending time with them made Emmett desire to become someone better. He always heard those people criticize the government and the way how it treated the infected.
    One day, the infected group got to know about a new faction: the Tamed. They once got spotted by a persistent group of them and needed three days to have them give up. Hiding somewhere in an alley after successfully having their scents masked, they observed the frustrated trackers argue. In the end, they blamed the youngest member for letting the strays escape and killed him right there. That was one of the incidents that made the group strongly hate the Tamed.
    At age 16, Emmett was captured by the Tamed and was offered a job as one of them, either that or to become an experiment subject. Afraid of the experiments, he reluctantly accepted it. He found out the faction wasn't that bad and his life apparently improved much, but he felt utterly depressed, tormented by an existential crisis. While working there, he heard much about a resistance group called the Harmony. 
    Two years later, even though he knew he could get killed for his betrayal, Emmett ran away after thinking much about the talks with his friends and deciding to risk his life as a desperate attempt to find a purpose. He never saw his friends again, fearing for their safety. After hiding for two months, he met members of the Harmony and joined them.  
Recent events:
    * Mission 8: After rescuing Derek in Bungay, he met one of his old stray friends, Natalie. The girl revealed to be now a Tamed member and know about his betrayal. Due to her utilitarian nature, Emmett doesn't doubt she can be a relevant enemy despite her loving him.
    * Mission 9: Deciding to take the most dangerous mission option, Emmett and Amulet remembered one of the main motivations for the weasel infected's leaving the Tamed: the sacrifice of a passionate Harmony member witnessed during his strongest existential crisis. After gladly surviving the task, Emmett asked Lavvy about that member and found out her name was Alma Jakeman.
   * vs Falcon: While patrolling the forest, Emmett sneaked away from his team and ended up engaged in a fight with Natalie. He noticed something was wrong with the falcon infected, Skye communicated with him through Amulet to say she was worried about her host. According to the parasite, Natalie had been acting very merciless and violent even though it hurt her. The deserter almost got brutally killed and permanently lost his left eye.
    * Mission 10: Three events gave him a new existential crisis: Luke and Naomi joining the Harmony, fighting a mind-controlled Hector whose words put his existential pursue under a new perspective and failing to contribute as much as he wished against the second Juggernaut. This time, he starts feeling insecure about the worth of his life in comparison to his peers'.

Parasite type: Long-tailed weasel
Parasite name: Amulet
Height in parasitic: 90 cm (2'11'' feet) standing on hind legs.
Origin: Got infected by the bacteria in the wild
The Infection: Emmett found the parasite and infected himself, hoping that would help him to survive, like described in his backstory
Personality: Laid-back, but snarky. Makes fun of Emmett's shamelessness once in a while, but likes it how calm he usually is. Is pretty friendly and likes to communicate and make friends with other parasites. Became pretty honest by his host's influence, but not as brutally and thinks before speaking. Very playful when he takes control, enjoys running around and stealing food. He finds humans interesting and likes observing their behavior.
Character development: After Emmett's fight against Natalie, he became acrophobic and fairly wary of bird of prey parasites and hosts.

Unexpected hobby: studying philosophy. His favorite philosopher is Diogenes of Sinope.
Named his parasite "Amulet" as a joke at first, but eventually came up with the idea of it bringing bad luck to his enemies, what would be good luck for himself.
Doesn't take showers as often as he should.
What he likes the most about the symbiotic state is the fact that he can walk around wearing no clothes.
Relies mostly on his speed when fighting, like showed here.
Sometimes sneaks up to people and tries to steal food from the kitchen to practice his stealth. Also likes to play reverse pickpocketing.
Tends not to use contractions in his speech when he is really serious. 
Has a strong nose in symbiote and parasitic state, can catch scents in a range of 7 kilometers (4.35 miles).
Has a sweet tooth, loves strawberries.
Has developed a phobia of long speeches because of Hadrea.
Occasionally skips training.
Actually likes hugs, just how he reacts varies from no reaction to melting according to how close you are to him. 
Sometimes crossdresses for disguise and may also do it if the clothes just happen to be comfortable, since he has no shame.
